Refund Policy

Where the applicant has paid the fees for the course and wishes to cancel, a full refund of the fees will be made up to five (5) days prior to the commencement of the course. After this date, refunds will be made if requested less 10% to cover the cost of administration. Where the cancellation is made after the commencement of the course for reasons beyond the control of the participant, they will be offered the opportunity of completing the course at the next available course. If this is not possible, a pro-rata refund will be made. Where we cancel a course, and an alternative course does not suite the applicant, a full refund of the fees will be made.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a healthy lunch. Refreshments will be provided.
