Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Depart from your home to arrive in Cairo where you will be met by our tour Co-ordinator and assisted through passport control and customs and taken to your accommodation. Cairo: The cross roads of the world throbs with a rhythm which only you can experience, where the modern and the remnants of medieval splendour are found at every turn.

Informal get together at the healing centre for afternoon tea, meditation and orientation. Here we will be getting in touch with the mystical and spiritual, which will give you a sense of satisfaction and completeness. A Welcome Dinner.

We are entering into a phase of emotional beginnings, a fresh start, perhaps the establishment of new habit patterns as we let go of old attachments . Expect a sense of support and good will from those around you.

We start our journey with an evening camel ride into the desert to the Solar Cross for meditation.
This is the start of a new cycle, the windows of time open now for you, making insight possible.
Here you will enter the force field of your guides as we call upon them to assist us on our journey through Egypt. As things start to flow you may experience some sort of temporary obstacle, but with the support of the group you should be able to handle anything. During the tour you will learn how to balance the chakras through attunements and meditation, and also learn how to detach from the things that keep us in our fixed state, releasing the hurt and fear

Day 2: Breakfast. Visit the Giza Plateau and the great Pyramids with private access into the pyramid for meditation, attunements and Mer-Ka-Ba meditation. It is said that the Mer-Ka-Ba is situated under the Sphinx.

Day 3: Memphis the ancient capital of Egypt, this is where King Mena united Upper and Lower Egypt and established the first dynasty. A huge statue of Ramses 11 lies here. Sakkara This is where Imhotep built the step pyramid, supposedly the first large scale structure in history.

Day 4: After breakfast fly from Cairo to Aswan. The beauty of Aswan is unsurpassed where the graceful sails of the feluccas drift quietly by, check into the Old Cataract Hotel. This is where Agartha Christie wrote Death on the Nile. Enjoy a cocktail on the famous terrace over looking the gorge and the Agha Khan’s Tomb. Day at leisure, or you may take the optional tour to Abu Simbel:
Early morning flight to Abu Simbel the most spectacular monument of Ramses 11 and his Queen Nefertari. This colossal structure was designed to capture the rays of the sun twice a year, to illuminate the seated figure of the Pharaoh inside the sanctuary. (Optional tour cost: $235.)

Take with you
Sun hat, sunglasses, umbrella, sun cream, comfortable walking shoes and sandals. Wet wipes and insect repellent and long sleeve white shirt as the sun can be very hot especially in the Valley of the Kings. Cotton clothes are very comfortable. It is polite for ladies to dress with respect especially in Cairo, as this is a Muslim country (it is acceptable on the cruise boat and hotels). The weather is hot this time of the year but everything is air-conditioned, also there is no humidity so the heat is bearable.
On the cruise there is a Galabeyya party where everyone dresses in Egyptian clothes and there is usually a show, so you may like to take something; or you can buy some fun clothes there.
A valid passport including a visa. We recommend that you take photocopies of your passport.
Vaccination: No vaccinations are required to travel to Egypt. We recommend that you call you local health department and tell them that you are planning to visit Egypt. And they will give you more information.
We reserve the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
