TRAIN SMALL GROUPS. Welcome The
above competencies form part of the above Certificate 1V in Vibrational
Therapies and 30340QLD DIPLOMA OF METAPHYSICS. These cover the requirements and
responsibilities to enable you to work towards practising as a vibrational
therapist. During
these workshops, you will learn the requirements and responsibilities required
to gather, organise and present workplace information using available systems
and to develop case studies, monitoring and adjustment of vibrational therapy
plans. Also to cover the requirements for planning, delivering and reviewing
training provided for the purpose of developing competency on a one-to-one or
small group basis. These
competencies are usually conducts back-to-back with HLTCOM5A:
Administer a practice.HTCOM2A:
Develop professional expertise. And HLTCOM6A:
Make referrals to other health care practitioners. § Assessment
1:
In this assignment you will need to document six (6) case studies in vibrational
therapy techniques. You will select and interview your clients, then report on
those clients with documentation as part of your assessment. You may use
examples from you own practice in which you work, or clients selected by you for
the purpose of this assessment. The assignment is done at your own pace but must
be submitted before the expiration of your enrollment time. § Assessment
2: In
this assignment you will be required to select a topic in metaphysics you wish
to use for your thesis as part of the crystal practitioners studies, or Reiki
Masters study. § Assignment
3: Learn how to train small
groups. In this assignment you may select any topic of your choice, you will be
required to present your topic to other members of the group.
For
your convenience these competencies are clustered together and will be delivered
in a two-day (2) workshop.
Time is allowed for preparation and home study. Recognition
of Prior Learning (RPL) If
you believe that you already posses the skills and knowledge addressed in any of
the competencies you are undertaking, you should arrange a time with me to
identify if you have evidence which will substantiate your request for
recognition of prior learning. Assessment. Your
knowledge and skills will be assessed during the workshop by ongoing
demonstration and observation, which will be recorded on an assessment
checklist. Your assessments need not be finalised at your workshops, but will be
required to be submitted at the expiration of your enrolment period. After
successful completion of this course and presentation of assignments A
Statement of Attainment will be issued. |
